Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at support@teetoxicated.com within 30 days of delivery with: • Your order number • A brief description of the issue • Clear photos of the item and the problem Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Buyer’s Remorse Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for: • Wrong size ordered • Change of mind • Disliking the style, color, or fit Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Dropshipped Accessories & Gear Some non‑apparel items may be eligible for return depending on the supplier’s policy. If your item is eligible: • We will provide a return address and instructions • The item must be unused and in original packaging • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer If the supplier does not accept returns, we may offer a partial refund or a keep‑the‑item resolution.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Lost or Missing Packages If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at support@teetoxicated.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
