Shipping policy

Shipping Times All items are made-to-order and ship directly from our production partners. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra cost.

Shipping Delays Carrier delays, weather issues, or high seasonal volume may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@teetoxicated.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. (If you plan to ship internationally later, we can update this.)
